Kokochak The
Elements, Symbols of Thought
Please join us for a stimulating, creative Conference on
the role of symbols in our personality and in our handwriting.
Richard
Kokochak is a court qualified document examiner, a certified handwriting
analyst, and a self-described œslave to handwriting since 1960. Richard will
discuss the symbols of the four basic elements”Earth
Air, Fire and Water”and the Greek deities who represent these
forces as applied to graphology and personality. The Elements, Symbols of Thought is the working title of a book he is writing
based on these elements and the sixteen Greek deities who represent these
forces. This hands-on workshop will include exercises to induce associative
reasoning through symbols, and demonstrations on assigning the four elements to
handwriting.
In 1969 Richard was certified as a professional legal
secretary, certified as a handwriting analyst by tIGS in 1988, and by AAHA in
1990. He was also certified as a questioned document examiner by NADE in
1995 and qualified as an expert witness in handwriting in Michigan in 1993. Over
the years, Richard has assisted lawyers and prosecutors in over two hundred

based, emphasizing the concepts of Movement, Form and Space, and the
Anthony/Roman Psychogram to structure the analytical process. The course relies
on a variety of handwritings each week to teach graphological concepts from an
integrated perspective. Students will be asked to analyze handwritings for
homework each week to incorporate graphological principles and as a means of
learning how to describe personality from handwriting. Satisfactory completion of four semesters of
classes earns a certification from The American Society of Professional

Winter
Conference, Saturday, February 2, 2008, 10 - 3 p.m. Chris Loeffler œConnections and Integration: Illustrating
Handwriting™s Unique Bounty in Nurturing Creativity, Compatibility, and
Compassion for the Self and Others.
Chris Loeffler is a clinical social worker,
linguist and therapist-teacher, and as been an active graphologist for
twenty-five years. Chris has moved through three careers: business,

human change, and specializes in working with victims and offenders of violent
crime. Continuously attempting to integrate graphology into his clinical work,
his professional expertise is working with involuntary clients and transforming
violence and shame into understanding and empathy. His passion, integrated in
his collection of articles under the title, Connections: Pulling Together Some of the
Pieces, continues to be
the application of graphology to core human issues. These include diagnosing,
then treating difficulties around anger and blocked energies, complementarity
vs. symmetry in relationships, shame vs. guilt, image vs. conscience, and
intolerance vs. forgiveness. Using case examples and handwriting samples, he
will touch on each of these topics as time permits, and then attempt to
integrate them together in a meaningful and helpful way.

Millevolte Communication as a Key Factor for Compatibility in the Couple and
at Work: Graphological Factors
Alessandra Millevolte will join us from Italy. She is a
professional graphologist and teacher of the Moretti system of graphology in
L.U.M.S.A. Rome University and Urbino University. She is also the co-author,
with Vincenza De Petrillo, of the book, The Application of the G. Moretti Graphological
System, and an article
on œThe Four Temperaments of the Moretti
Graphological System in Volume VI of the Journal of the
American Society of Professional Graphologists.
Alessandra™s presentation will
look at interpersonal communication styles from a graphological context.
Assertive and effective communication is one of the most important elements in
managing good relations, especially those that have important significance in
human life, as with couples and in work environments. Many problems derive from
faulty communication between people. Graphology can help us to identify -
according to the main theories of communication (Palo Alto School, NLP, Transactional Analysis, etc.) - the
personal style and needs of communication of each individual. Consequently, it
can be the basis for analyzing the quality of interactions and the degree of
compatibility with other people, especially those who are close, like partners
or work colleagues. The lecture will focus on a) identifying the relevant
elements of handwriting to understand the personal style of communication, b)
understanding the level of compatibility between people involved in a
sentimental relationship, as well as a work and business, and c) identifying
those elements of the communication dynamics that are relevant for modifying the
interaction. Case histories and practical examples will be presented to clarify
the concepts.
Please let us know if you no longer want to be on the ASPG email
list.
