3x3 Call for Entries No. 5 - ProShow First Call
It's time to get your entries ready for our fifth annual international
illustration competition. New categories. And a new way to enter. This year you
can enter and pay online. We've made the entry process easier, but the judging
will be just as tough as always.
Eligibilty: All work produced during the calendar year 2007.
Categories: Advertising, Animation, Books, Children's Books, Editorial, For
Sale, Institutional, Self-Promotion, Sequential, Three-Dimensional and
Unpublished.
The Judges:
This year's judges include art director/author/editor Steven Heller; art
director Markus Rasp (Germany); designer Matteo Bologna; design director
Tyler Darden; executive art director Isabel Warren Lynch
(Randomhouse); art director Sarah Hollander; art director Denise Cronin
(Viking Children's Books); illustrator/designer Tavis Coburn (Canada) and
illustrators Beppe Giacobbe (Italy); Vanessa Dell (United Kingdom); Hanoch
Piven (Spain); Mario Wagner (Germany); Eddie Guy, Vivienne Flesher and
Robert Neubecker.
Winners will be featured in our 3x3 Illustration Annual No. 5 available
on newsstands in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. The 3x3 Annual is the only
annual with international newsstand visibility, perfectly placed to reach the
interested art director.
Deadline: March 14, 2008 Entries must be uploaded or mailed no later than
March 14, 2008.
