This* 2012 Meditation Focus Series - Week # 5: Attuning to Oneness with All That Is* is archived at http://www.EarthRainbowNetwork.com/FocusArchives/Week5.htm * * * * * * * * * *Week # 5: Attuning to Oneness with All That Is* The ascension process is being exponentially accelerated as we approach the key Threshold point in the very near future when we will jump, with the entire collectivity of Life that forms this living planet, into a higher dimension of existence, never again to turn back and away from the guiding beacon of Love magnetizing us all towards the Return Point, the Alpha and Omega, the Fusion back into One-ness. ** ** As we approach this dimensional Shift, we can already begin to sense the intricate streams of living Light connecting each of us with each other and with the entire Lifesphere and its myriad life-forms expressing and reflecting in their extraordinary diversity of sizes, colors and shapes the phenomenal creative virtuosity of the Divine Source of it all. ** ** As you enter in this state of Oneness, either spontaneously, whenever your consciousness shifts up into your Soul sense of God-self, or during our weekly meditation/communion meeting points in linear time, let all residual sense of separation dissolve entirely, and think/feel/be as One - as you truly and always are - through expressing the thought 'I love us' and letting flow from your heart the unconditional Love for all that is part of this 'I', all the plants, all the insects, all the animals, all the humans, all the angels, all the planets, all the suns, all the galaxies, all the universes of All That Is. ** ** From this adoration enshrined in Golden Love for the immanent perfection that You Are as One, let the flow of healing Light touch all aspects of You that need to be loved and nurtured back to Harmony through this resonant kindling of Oneness consciousness radiating from the God Self in you/all. * * * * * * * *Recommended complementary material...* "Rejoicing and celebrating the emerging grace of a global, spiritual conscious field of loving harmony is the only sensible option for a soul dedicated to serving the Higher purpose of his/her incarnation. Dark deeds and those who accomplish them thrive best in the penumbra of unexposed concealment and by exposing as much of them as possible, we can enable the healing process of these suffering - and yes beloved! - souls to be catalyzed to a higher order of purification and spiritual upliftment. However, this quick healing process can be achieved only if those of the Light among us consent in holding those deeds and the initiators/makers of those deeds in the purifying light of Love and compassion within the secret alcove of their heart where the alchemical transformation of dirt into gold through the sacred omniversal vibration of God/Oneness in All That Is - the symbolic holy philosopher stone - is being done at this very moment, now. Just as when the illusion of separation is dispelled during the awakening process, so we can behold the unfathomable Reality that We Are All One with the Almighty Universal One, those who have turned away from the Light and are hold spellbound into a fear-filled miserable existence of their own mayic making, are also part of us, our spiritual brethren, one with the Universe. They just don't remember it yet. And it is as much our common responsibility to help them achieve, in loving service and dedicated compassion, the quantum shift into higher consciousness so many of us are experiencing these days, as it is their responsibility to listen within themselves to the growing chorus of heavenly voices calling them up from within towards the lightning liberation from fear and darkness. So yes let us all rejoice and celebrate our emerging reunification and, in so doing, radiate the healing/appealing/enabling Force of Love we are meant to express from the very moment we are born into earthly existence until the last breath of our transition back into nirvanic bliss and activity. May we all give thanks for the grace of living in such a momentous time of the Life continuum. Now and forever... " - Taken from Light Series #7: It Is The Time To Be In Joy After aeons of patient, often painstaking labor, as I laid the ground for this physical universe, I am now finally able to enjoy experiencing the infinite number of facets of My Self. Imagine how long I've been waiting for this moment! Of course, yours is not the first time I can reach back to Me through an aspect of My Creation. And there is still much more clarity and mindfulness for you to develop to enable Me greater access to your physical apparatus as a consciously welcomed participant to whatever it is you think and do. But many are getting there now on this little blue planet and I'm really beginning to enjoy this interaction with My Self through My Self - for indeed, as an expression of My creativity, there is really no difference between Who you are and Who I Am. It is all the same for Me. Even the illusion of being separated from My Self is part of My Design for enjoying from as many angles as possible the infinitely diverse expressions of Who I Am. I can feel you are now gradually getting used to the idea that the purpose of your existence as a seemingly separate entity, as a singular soul intricately weaved into the Oneness of All That Is, is to enable Me to experience this field of physical reality I have created. You see, before I started this unimaginably gigantic project of manifesting this infinitely vast universal realm with its numerous dimensions and interactive soul fragments of My Self, I was feeling pretty much alone in the dark Void of Nothingness which was all I could sense around Me. At that point, I had completed a long, long time ago, my in-breathe, my re-amalgamation into one single Center of Light of all that had existed in my former creative burst-something which you call the Big Bang. And I was getting again that nagging sense that I was so full of My Self that I was literally pregnant with the infinite desire to bring forth, once again, another universal realm of experiential joy, with a little bit of challenging delusionary sense of separation thrown in it to make the coming back into fully realized Oneness even more blissful. I love to surprise My Self, you know, even though I know all along where it is all going. Yet, parts of Me-that is you, or rather Me thinking I'm you-are blissfully unaware of Who they actually Are, which is what makes this "game" of Self-discovery so exciting, both for you and Me, which is the same... So now that you are/I Am becoming more and more aware of just Who You Are/I AM, I'm finally getting to the juiciest part of the whole self-discovery Journey, which is getting to Love ThySelf, rejoicing at the deepest level of each awakening soul fragment about this exquisitely well-timed blossoming of the most precious Gift embedded into My very nature: Love! You can have a good idea of how it feels, when you join in loving communion with another soul. But this is just a practice run, for the Real Deal is really Loving Thy Self-you, the awakening fragment of Love made manifest, rejoicing in loving adoration through the sublime act of looping back and forth ad infinitum, between I and I, as You and Me, in the infinitely Loving embrace of Oneness, of Godsciousness, as the Love You Are... as the Love I Am... From: http://www.nderf.org/anita_m's_nde.htm Anita M's Near-Death Experience EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: I had cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma), and on this morning, I could not move. My husband rushed me to hospital, where, after doing scans, they diagnosed me with grade 4B lymphoma (the highest grade). The senior oncologist looked at my report and told my husband that it was too late, and that my organs were now shutting down. I only had 36 hours to live. However, the oncologis t said he would do whatever he could but prepared my husband that I would mos t likely not make it, as my organs were no longer functioning. They started m e on a chemotherapy drip as well as oxygen, and then they started to take tests, particularly on my organ functions, so that they could determine wha t drugs to use. I was drifting in and out of consciousness during this time, and I could feel my spirit actually leaving my body. I saw and heard the conversations between my husband and the doctors taking place outside my room, about 40 feet away down a hallway. I was later able to verify this conversation to m y shocked husband. Then I actually "crossed over" to another dimension, where I was engulfed in a total feeling of love. I also experienced extreme clarity of why I had the cancer, why I had come into this life in the first place, what role everyone in my family played in my life in the grand schem e of things, and generally how life works. The clarity and understanding I obtained in this state is almost indescribable. Words seem to limit the experience - I was at a place where I understood how much more there is tha n what we are able to conceive in our 3-dimensional world. I realized what a gift life was, and that I was surrounded by loving spiritual beings, who were always around me even when I did not know it. The amount of love I felt was overwhelming, and from this perspective, I knew how powerful I am, and saw the amazing possibilities we as humans are capable of achieving during a physical life. I found out that my purpose no w would be to live "heaven on earth" using this new understanding, and also t o share this knowledge with other people. However I had the choice of whether to come back into life, or go towards death. I was made to understand that it was not my time, but I always had the choice, and if I chose death, I would not be experiencing a lot of the gifts that the rest of my life still held in store. One of the things I wanted to know was that if I chose life, would I have to come back to this sick body, because my body was very, very sick and the organs had stopped functioning. I was then made to understand that if I chose life, my body would heal very quickly. I would see a difference in not months or weeks, but days! I was shown how illnesses start on an energetic level before they become physical. If I chose to go into life, the cancer would be gone from my energy, and my physical body would catch up very quickly. I then understood that when people have medical treatments for illnesses, it rids the illness only from their body but not from their energy so the illness returns. I realized if I went back, it would be with a very healthy energy. Then the physical body would catch up to the energetic conditions very quickly and permanently. I was given the understanding that this applies to anything, not only illnesses - physical conditions, psychological conditions, etc. I was "shown" that everything going on in our lives was dependant on this energy around us, created by us. Nothing was solid - we created our surroundings, our conditions, etc. depending where this "energy" was at. Th e clarity I received around how we get what we do was phenomenal! It's all about where we are energetically. I was made to feel that I was going to se e "proof" of this first hand if I returned back to my body. I know I was drifting in and out between the two worlds, but every time I drifted into the "other side", I was shown more and more scenes. There was one which showed how my life had touched all the people in it - it was sort of like a tapestry and showed how I affected everyone's lives around me. There was another which showed my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was verified to me as when I started to come round, my brother was there, having just got off a plane). I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me). I saw in that life I was very protective towards him. I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt "I can't do this to him - can't let him come and see m e dead". Then I also saw how my husband's purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together. If I went, he would probably follow soon after. I was made to understand that, as tests had been taken for my organ functions (and the results were not out yet), that if I chose life, the results would show that my organs were functioning normally. If I chose death, the results would show organ failure as the cause of death, due to cancer. I was able to change the outcome of the tests by my choice! I made my choice, and as I started to wake up (in a very confused state, as I could not at that time tell which side of the veil I was on), the doctors came rushing into the room with big smiles on their faces saying to my family "Good news - we got the results and her organs are functioning - we can't believe it!! Her body really did seem like it had shut down!" After that, I began to recover rapidly. The doctors had been waiting for me to become stable before doing a lymph node biopsy to track the type of cancer cells, and they could not even find a lymph node big enough to suggest cancer (upon entering the hospital my body was filled with swollen lymph nodes). They did a bone marrow biopsy, again to find the cancer activity so they could adjust the chemotherapy according to the disease, an d there wasn't any in the bone marrow. The doctors were very confused, but pu t it down to me suddenly responding to the chemo. Because they themselves wer e unable to understand what was going on, they made me undergo test after test, all of which I passed with flying colors, and clearing every test empowered me even more! I had a full body scan, and because they could not find anything, they made the radiologist repeat it again!!!! Because of my experience, I am now sharing with everyone I know that miracles are possible in your life every day. After what I have seen, I realize that absolutely anything is possible, and that we did not come here to suffer. Life is supposed to be great, and we are very, very loved. The way I look at life has changed dramatically, and I am so glad to have been given a second chance to experience "heaven on earth". It is filled with Somalis who have fled the horrifying famine now spreading across their homeland. This is my first trip to Africa since 2007. As fate would have it, I am bac k at the same time as the United Nations has declared a famine in southern Somalia. The scenes I have witnessed outside of the Kenyan town of Dabaab, a mere 10 0 kilometres from the Kenyan-Somali border, defy description. Nothing could prepare me for what is unfolding before my very eyes. I am trying to make sense of something so senseless. All around me, television crews are setting up their cameras under the hot sun, creating a carnival-like atmosphere incongruous with a landscape of hunger and despair. They are here in search of the best possible "angle" to film starving children and dazed families. International aid workers, meanwhile, furnish this place with a measure of hope that inspires and amazes me. They prevent me from becoming completely heartbroken because they show, through their urgency and actions, that individuals can make an enormous difference in a crisis such as this. At a "reception centre" at the camp, more than 1,300 new arrivals are seeking relief, seeking life itself. And the aid workers have been alerted that another 1,000 will soon reach these grounds. Famine has formally been declared in two regions of Somalia, with the rest of the country and neighbouring Ethiopia and Kenya also badly affected. According to the UN's food and agriculture organisation, the number of Somalis in need of humanitarian assistance has sharply increased to 3.7 million people in the last six months. Speaking from Mogadishu, executive director Josette Sheeran announced the World Food Program would open up a number of new aid routes by land and air into the core of Somalia's famine zone within days. "We are calling on the world to really back operations, to scale up very quickly to reach those in the epicentre, in the famine conditions in southern Somalia," she said. "Two weeks on we're still in a process of trying to negotiate how to put that into practice and currently we do not have any guarantees or condition s or real opportunity to be able to scale up our ability to put aid on the ground," he said. Long-term costs Mr McPhun believes malnutrition rates will have a long-term cost, which Somalia can ill afford. "It will impact those children for rest of their lives as they grow to adulthood. It will stunt their growth... it will impair their mental abilit y and it will impair them or potentially impair them physically," he said. "So the long-term cost of having large numbers of children suffering such critical health conditions is massive." However, Mr McPhun says some of the most desperate cases have fled Somalia to refugee camps in nearby Kenya or Ethiopia. "This problem is not going to scale down. If anything it is going to continue to scale up," he said. "People are already talking about figures of 400,000 in the camps along the Kenyan border alone and who knows, it could be higher and we have a similar massive influx in Ethiopia also." Mr McPhun says it is taking up to two weeks for the refugees to register at the camps. "It is unacceptable that somebody could take two weeks to get registered when they are arriving already in a malnourished condition, where we have adults arriving in a malnourished condition and very young people arriving with a real clear critical risk of loss of life," he said. "So [we have] space, shelter and the classics and basics of this kind of humanitarian crisis setting, refugee setting, but currently we can't have a queue. We can't have a queue that doesn't take into consideration who may b e on the critical risk of loss of life and who may be at less critical risk o f loss of life. "So you need to have some kind of triage in this situation, really need tha t registration process to be speeded up." Mr McPhun says the UN emergency talks must arrange for a safe pathway of ai d into Somalia. "There are many conflicts around the world and humanitarian access is secured, not perfectly, but assistance can get to populations and this is one context where massive numbers of a population are still largely exclude d so we have to confront that, it has to be confronted by key stakeholders. They have to put the interests of the population first," he said. The UN estimates about 12 million people in the Horn of Africa are currentl y in need of emergency assistance. Launching an appeal on 11 July for drought aid, Ethiopia's Agriculture Ministry said the country's food security situation had deteriorated since the beginning of the year to the La Niña-induced drought currently ravaging parts of th e country. Judith Schuler, World Food Programme (WFP) Ethiopia spokeswoman, said many of its food assistance activities in Ethiopia "face significant funding shortfalls". "Due to this lack of funding, WFP reduced food rations in relief operations in certain areas of the country from March onwards," said Schuler. The object of the game is to awaken the soul cell and take back its creativ e power. Thus integrating the egotic self with the soul cell. Caroline Myss says that self esteem is essential in order to be able to listen to one's intuition, that it is imperative that one hones one's self esteem if one wishes to come into contact one's own divine self, and that seems to make a lot of sense. Consider that we are rarely encouraged as we go through school to pay attention to our intuition. Rather, our rational mind is extolled, and in its continual exaltation over emotions and intuition, we quickly learn to distrust emotions and intuition, and hence, in order for us to even begin to listen to our intuition, we require rather great resolve and self esteem. In recent years much fascinating work has been done in the world of neuroscience and social psychology indicating that our erstwhile haste to disqualify the non-rational world of emotions and intuition was perhaps not well-advised because inter-disciplinary work by scientists is beginning to indicate that emotions and intuition are not only valuable adjuncts to our rational intelligence, but possibly even prime stars themselves in our ques t for a balanced understanding of our world and ourselves. But why is intuition our connection to the divine? What is the divine? Is i t not the eternal part of each of us?
