Seminar Registration
A
fundamental purpose of the seminar is to study world problems within
the context and paradigm of
emerging non-military,
democratic, world parliamentary government, as defined in the Earth
Constitution.
Other primary goals are
to prepare students for implementing world legislation enacted by the
provisional World Parliament, and for preparing the personnel for all
ministries and agencies of Earth
Federation.
Instructors will
give a clear overview of the overall Earth Federation movement, as well
as the international legal foundations that led up to the current federating
system, including the Rome Statute family of world legislation as already
adopted by most national governments, and as refined and empowered under
world federal processes.
This
March seminar of the Institute On World Problems is accredited by the
World University System,
and can therefore count
toward legal degree certification within the World University System.
Although
many of the course materials are available in Greek, French, Esperanto
and about ten
other major world languages,
the complete course materials are available in English. Instructors
will
be teaching in English
during this seminar.
