As you lay yourself to sleep, preparing to shift
from wakefulness into the Dream space, give yourself
a deep breath and release ... clearing all tension
and thoughts from the day.
Cuando te pones a dormir, te preparas para cambiar en la
Vigilia dentro del espacio del sueño, toma una respiración
Profunda y libera…. Limpia toda la tensión y los pensamientos
Del dia…
As you do, in-vision your Blooming Dream Seed.
Call it forward with intention and clarity, and with
Gratitude hold this vision, intention or calling
in your Heart-Mind.
Mientras lo haces, en la visión de tu Sueño semilla Floreciendo.
Llama con intención y claridad, y con Gratitud sostiene esta visión,
Intención o llamado dentro de tu Mente-Corazón.
Now, allow this feeling of Gratitude to remain, as
you release the image. Stay with this feeling of
gratefulness and listen to the space between
each breath. As thoughts arise, let them dissolve,
returning again and again to the space between each
breath - the place where love lives.
Ahora, deja que este sentimiento de Gratitud permanezca,
Como tu imagen. Quédate con este sentimiento de Gratitud
Y escucha el espacio entre cada respiración.
Observa como surgen tus pensamientos, deja que se disuelvan,

As you drift into sleep, let your breath take you on
a journey into the Sacred Space of the Heart where
you will explore the growing body of the Blooming
Dream Seed within. A profound message and gifts
awaits.
